8月13日，网络曝光华为在欧盟为其快充技术申请商标Supercharge，或在Mate 9上首发亮相。
华为在欧盟申请了“Supercharge”的品牌商标。此举表明，该公司近期将在其智能手机电池中使用一种新的快充技术。该技术最有可能的首发设备是华为Mate 9。
所谓的“Supercharge”很可能是华为去年在第56界日本电池大会（the 56th Battery Symposium in Japan）上所演示的黑科技。当时，华为展示了短短几分钟就能充到将近50%的锂离子电池。

2016年8月23日，老高检索欧盟商标局网站，突然看到华为公司申请的第015740798号【HUAWEI SuperCharge】通过审查，进入公告阶段。

时间也够快的。根据时间轴显示，目前无人提出异议Opposition proceedings程序（0 oppositions received）。

欧盟商标注册程序大致分为4个步骤：1. 递交阶段2. 审查阶段3. 公布/异议和注册阶段欧盟商标公布/异议和注册程序简介：
在公布后的三个月内，第三方可以基于在先权利向欧盟知识产权局提出异议。如果异议人的请求获准，欧盟商标申请将从全部或部分注册商品／和或服务上被排除。
任何一方如果对欧盟知识产权局的决定不服，可以在决定送达的两个月之内向欧盟知识产权局书面提起申诉。
在没有异议或异议请求被驳回的情况下，所申请的商标将会被注册并公告。
在申请后的这段时间中，欧盟商标局检索报告也发出。
从检索报告来看，欧盟商标局检索到的有关涉嫌近似商标，都是华为公司自己申请的欧盟商标。
大致如下：
欧盟商标的初始保护期限为十年。每经过十年都可以进行续展，目前官方的续展费用每次为850欧（仅限第1类），第2类的续展额外官费为50欧，从第3类起每类的续展额外官费为150欧。
